Gift Certificates
We offer Gift certificates for that special someone on your list. We can provide them in any dollar amount you request, and they will be sent artfully wrapped in a French envelope to demonstrate your admiration and show your thoughtfulness. If you wish a personal message enclosed, simply send it to us.
Gift Wrap
We offer gift-wrapping services at no extra charge, simply let us know at the time of your purchase. We will make certain your gift is presented with an elegant French touch!
Custom Designed Jewelry
Do you have a special piece tucked away in your vanity you would like to incorporate into a One of a Kind jewelry piece that can be worn and admired??
We offer jewelry design services with a French flair, please inquire for a quote.

We accept PayPal, Money Orders and Personal checks.

All orders ship within 24 hours of receipt of cleared payment, with the exception of personal checks, which have a 10 day wait.
Layaway:
We know that sometimes you may discover the Perfect treasure and need a bit more time to fit it into your monthly budget; therefore, we are happy to accept Layaways for orders over $100. We ask for a 30% deposit with the balance due in 30 days. If you would like to arrange a Layaway, please ask prior to making your purchase. Deposits are non-refundable. Please feel free to inquire from more information on performing a Layaway.
Return Policy
We have a “no questions asked” return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, kindly let us know within 2 days of receipt of your item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and must be sent back within three days of receipt with USPS delivery confirmation for your protection. We will issue you a FrenchAtHeart Store Credit for the purchase price of your item.

We ship all Domestic U.S. packages via USPS, either First Class, Parcel Post (2-7 Days) or Priority Mail. (2-3 Days)
We ship International packages via First Class International or Global Priority Mail. (4-6 Days) Please contact us for a quote.
We include FREE delivery confirmation with all our Domestic Shipments.
If your payment is received by noon, we ship the same day payment is Received/Cleared. If you need a package Overnight, kindly let us know and we can send rates for Express Mail.
