From our  Lourdes Collection.....   We are pleased to offer this stunning C1890 French Art Nouveau Carne de Bal from Lourdes.  On the Front it features St Bernadette and the Virgin Mary in the Grotto at Lourdes with  five 4-Leaf Clovers.   The reverse is no less phenomenal with a central Scroll upon which is a Laurel Leaf Branch (indicative of Peace) with the NDL (our Lady of Lourdes ) Crest and Crown. There are also two 4 Leaf Clovers on the top.   Both sides have a  raised relief. The inside has multiple sheets of paper.   I added a Sterling Silver Sacred Heart Charm, a Mother of Pearl Cross and bead to compliment the book.    I delicately suspended the piece on antique French Black rosary beads with a silver wash.    Rosary beads are 29" long, Book is 2.5" tall by 1.5" Wide.    Lynn Konrad
