LARGE Antique FRENCH Gothic CRUCIFIX BLUE VELVET Holy Water Font Wood Silver GILT-blucru

From our Blessed Collection....   Captured on magnificent Blue Velvet over a wood plaque with a beveled edge, this presentation of Jesus Christ C1860 is magnificent and a rare color.   The Silverplate behind the corpus figure is incised with a  impressive Floral and Acanthus Leaf motif and is also accented with Gothic Gilt Trim.   The Holy Water Font is embellished with a fluted edge and leaves.     Measures approximately  9.75” tall and 5.75" wide at the widest point.   Please see photos for condition.
