German ANTIQUE Art Nouveau ALMANAC Carnet De BAL Notebook Necklace Pendant FRENCH Filigree BEADS-n-crl

From our  Miniature Book collection....   A one of a kind artisan designed piece, Genuine antique French Crystal beads with Filigree bead caps with an antique dated 1900 German Almanac, Carnet de bal or Aide Memoire.    This piece is extremely rare as I have never seen one like it. The book is approx. 30 pages and although I cannot read German, appears to be an almanac, the months of the year are present.    The cover design is very indicative of the Art Nouveau period with Florals and scrolls, and is inscribed 1900 on one cover and CARL on the other.   Could be used for photos or a pad of paper for taking notes.   Beads are a generous 33" long; book is 1.5" W by 2 1/8'"tall.     Lynn Konrad
