It was discovered near PARIS.
We date the set to C1920's.
We see this piece attractively placed in your kitchen or GARDEN as a plant Stand for Fresh flowers for a touch of European WHIMSEY!!
Or could be used for its original purpose, we suppose.
Measures 15” tall plus add an additional 5” for the towel rack, footprint is 11” by 12” and top shelf is 8.5” by 10.5”, circular hole is 5.75”.
