This French C1860 Holy Water Font from Paris, France is like none other we have found in years of traveling to France on buying ventures!

The bulk of the piece is in carved wood with a porcelain Shell holy water font receptacle. There are not one but TWO Carved figures, The Virgin Mary and Saint Bernadette in the Grotto at Lourdes.
 
The Sculpture has an age and elegance equal to its years. It has an outstanding patina from age.
 
Measures 8.5" tall by 4.25 "Wide.
 
Please see photos for condition, there are some losses under the shell, not overly apparent,
 
The back has the original leather strap to hang it on your wall.
