Antique ENGLISH Art DECO STERLING Silver OPERA PURSE on Ornate Black Faceted Beads Necklace ENAMEL Monogrammed -n-ehb

From our Flapper Collection….    An elegant petite Silver Opera Purse with an Enamel Shilouette of a woman with a Bow and Ribbon..... reverse side has an elegant Art Deco font Monogram, "EAR".   We date the piece to the Art Deco period, C1900-1920. The compartmentalized interior has a Mirror, places for rouge, Lipstick and Blush. The right side opens up further to reveal another hidden compartment with a "Faux" mirror.   Mark is STERLING JB 935.   The purse is elegantly hung on faceted Jet Black beads with two ornate Rhinestone accent pieces.   The clasp works well.   A one of a kind treasure… Beads measure 32", purse is 2 1/8" by 3 1/8" by approx. .75" thick   Enjoy!   FRENCHatHEART Lynn Konrad
