Antique ENGLISH Victorian Silver OPERA PURSE on Ornate Link Chain EPNS Chatelaine-slvpu

From the Duchess Collection….    An elegant petite Silver Opera Purse with a Stripped pattern and a central cartouche...... just ready for your personal engraved monogram.   We date the piece between the Victorian and Art Deco period, C1900-1920. The back is plain. The compartmentalized interior is lined in a gray fabric in excellent condition for the age.   The dainty purse is elegantly hung on a uniquely shaped elongated link chain with Finger ring.   The clasp works well.   Marked EPNS (Nickle Silver)   A one of a kind treasure… Chain measures 4 " on each side, Finger ring is 1”  in diameter.
