From the Duchess Collection….   An opulent petite Chatelaine Mother of Pearl Purse, a design so typical of the French in this period.   We date the piece between the Victorian and Art Deco period, C1900-1920.   The dainty purse is elegantly hung on complimentary Mother of Pearl Beads from the saem era.
