This is a piece of FRENCH History that you do NOT often come across. This C 1880 ART NOUVEAU piece was used at the TURN OF the CENTURY for "les Femmes" to keep their face Patches pills in style. Could be used for a modern Pill box.

This piece is worthy of FINER COLLECTIONS. There is a small link and chain at the top for "le jeune fille" to attach this novelty to her belt or chatelaine.
