We were mesmerized by this pendant. A substantial oval Miraculous Mary mounted on brass filigree.
 
I added a large Pearl drop and suspended the piece on Book chain.
 
At the hook clasp I added an Italian medal with the Virgin Mary and Baby Jesus and Jesus of the Sacred Heart suspended on a Swarovski  Crystal.
 
 Necklace measures  17 3/8", medal 3.25" L (includes Pearl drop) by 1.25" W.
